Top 2 EPs of the year! 
(Actually I think these were the only 2 EPs that I listened to that came out this year… but both are very very good!)

All Pigs Must Die - All Pigs Must Die EP

Kevin Baker of The Hope Conspiracy screams vocals and Ben Koller of Converge plays drums on this beast. That’s all I needed to know to know that I was in for a treat. Brutal and so very angry.

Alexisonfire - Dog’s Blood EP

This EP has the Alexisonfire sound that I like. Heavy, chaotic, screamy, and fresh sounding. It reminds me a lot of how they sound on their classic ‘Watch Out!’ album, but with a much broader sound. Does that make sense? It’s tough to describe this EP, but it renewed my love for Alexisonfire.

These are both great musically, but how about the artwork too?! Gnarly as balls.

OK, I gotta go out to dinner with my girlfriend and her dad now. Rahh!!
