Lyrics

In this concrete jungle there is no instinct, clarity, or freedom
In this concrete jungle there is no serenity, beauty, no majesty

I can find no calm
(I see greed)

Endless numbers, mountainous towers, man-made mistakes

I can find no calm
(I see greed)

Savages gnawing at the land that provides
The human animal destroys home
Savages clawing with the hands that decide
The human animal has nowhere to go

Savages gnawing at the land that provides
The human animal destroys home
Savages clawing with the hands that decide
The human animal has no place to go

I walk on (blades) of grass
I run under (limbs) these trees
And I gaze at vast horizons
In an endless sea, I drift

Am I that man who will stand out.
It would take a mountain of a man to right these wrongs.

Am I that man? Who will stand out?

Finally another MOUNTAIN OF A MAN jam! We are pretty damn happy about this one. It’s been a long time comin’… Please take the time to take a little listen won’t you?

I wrote these lyrics about a guy who doesn’t like the city vibe, decides to leave, but in the end still holds out hope for mankind.

Hopefully we will be getting right back at it for another song soon… it’s a long weird process.

Bye!
